CATERING EXPRESS TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Catering Express. This Terms & Conditions applies to the Catering Express Web Site/Service and does not apply to the content of third parties.
The Catering Express Web Site/Service (hereinafter known as “Service”) is offered to you hereinafter know as “Customer”) conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. You use of the Catering Express Web Site/Service constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
TINGKAT ORDER’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. TINGKAT SERVICE
We provide Tingkat lunch and dinner service from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays and Weekend.
Payment must be made on the start day of every new order. For cheque payments, please make cheque payable to "Catering Express". For cash payments, customer is required to request the staff to sign with staff’s name on the invoice upon delivery of food by our staff.
C. GST CHARGES
Our prices are Nett with No GST charges.
D. MICROWAVE CONTAINERS
All food will be delivered in Microwavable container.
E. REPLACEMENT OF MEAL
The customer must notify Catering Express at least 1 working day (before 1pm) in advance should he/she decides not to have the meal delivered on that day/date. Replacement of meal will be given for the skipped meal/s will be added within the same cycle.
F. TERMINATION OF ORDER
The customer must notify Catering Express by phone/writing/fax/email minimum 3 working days before the END date of the order. A new cycle of 20days term will be renewed and imposed upon if we do not receive any cancellation or termination notice 3 working days before the date of expiry.
G. CANCELLATION FOR CONFIRMED ORDER
No refund will be made should the customer cancel the service within or before the 20-meals cycle/order.
H. MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum of 20 meals per order.
